We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, information relating to menus, pricing, facilities, availability, photographs, services, event packages and other offerings may change from time to time.

Website images are intended for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact setup, menu presentation or facilities available for a particular booking.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and modify or discontinue services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

4. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only once Lilitha has accepted the booking and any required confirmation, deposit or payment has been received.

Clients may be required to provide information including:

  • Name and contact details
  • Event or booking date
  • Number of guests
  • Preferred location
  • Catering requirements
  • Special requests
  • Accommodation requirements
  • Other information reasonably required to provide the service

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to Lilitha is accurate.

5. Quotations

Quotations provided by Lilitha may be subject to availability and may have a specified validity period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

Pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Number of guests
  • Menu selection
  • Venue requirements
  • Event duration
  • Additional services
  • Equipment requirements
  • Accommodation
  • Special requests

A quotation becomes binding only when formally accepted by Lilitha in accordance with the applicable booking requirements.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted by Lilitha will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the applicable service, subject to any changes expressly agreed between the parties.

Depending on the nature of the booking, Lilitha may require a deposit or full payment before confirming a booking.

Payment deadlines will be communicated to the client during the booking process.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in the booking being cancelled or the relevant services becoming unavailable.

Where applicable, additional charges may apply for services or requirements requested after the original booking has been confirmed.

7. Catering and Menu Changes

Menus may vary depending on availability, seasonality, suppliers and other operational considerations.

Lilitha reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions where a particular ingredient or menu item becomes unavailable.

Where possible, clients will be informed of significant changes before the event or service.

Clients should inform Lilitha of known dietary requirements, allergies or other relevant food-related requirements at the time of booking.

While we take reasonable precautions, clients with severe food allergies should discuss their requirements with our team before confirming a booking.

8. Event Numbers and Guest Changes

Clients are responsible for providing accurate guest numbers.

Changes to the number of guests may affect the total price, menu requirements, seating arrangements, venue configuration and other aspects of the booking.

Requests to increase guest numbers are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

Where guest numbers are reduced after confirmation, the applicable cancellation or amendment terms may apply.

9. Event Setup and Venue Arrangements

Venue layouts, seating arrangements, décor, equipment and other event requirements must be agreed with Lilitha in advance.

Clients may not make significant changes to the venue setup without prior approval.

External suppliers, entertainers, décor companies, equipment providers or contractors may require prior authorization before accessing or operating at the venue.

Lilitha reserves the right to impose reasonable requirements concerning external suppliers to protect the property, guests and smooth operation of an event.

10. Cancellation and Postponement

Cancellation and postponement terms may vary depending on the type, size and nature of the booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges or non-refundable deposits will be communicated to the client as part of the booking terms.

Where a client wishes to postpone an event, Lilitha will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, subject to availability.

A postponement is not automatically guaranteed and may result in additional costs where applicable.

11. Force Majeure

Lilitha will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire
  • Power or infrastructure failures
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Labour disruptions
  • Supplier failures
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate with affected clients and work towards an appropriate alternative arrangement.

12. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using Lilitha’s premises and services.

Lilitha reserves the right to refuse service or require a guest to leave the premises where their conduct:

  • Threatens the safety of others
  • Causes damage to property
  • Is abusive, threatening or disruptive
  • Interferes with staff or other guests
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Otherwise creates an unreasonable risk to people or property

No refund will necessarily be provided where a guest is removed from the premises due to inappropriate conduct.

13. Damage to Property

Clients may be held responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party to Lilitha’s property, facilities, equipment or furnishings.

Where appropriate, the cost of repairing or replacing damaged property may be charged to the responsible client.

This may include damage caused during private functions, corporate events or other group bookings.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting or using Lilitha’s premises.

We recommend that valuable items are kept secure and not left unattended.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lilitha will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless such responsibility arises from our proven negligence or another legally applicable basis.

15. Health, Safety and Accessibility

Guests are expected to comply with reasonable health and safety requirements while on Lilitha’s premises.

Clients should inform us in advance of any accessibility, mobility, dietary or other requirements that may affect their booking so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements, subject to the facilities available at the relevant location.

16. Alcohol and Restricted Activities

Where alcoholic beverages are available or permitted, their service and consumption are subject to applicable laws and Lilitha’s policies.

Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions relating to responsible consumption, safety and conduct.

Lilitha reserves the right to refuse service where required or permitted by law.

17. Third-Party Services

Certain services associated with an event or hospitality experience may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Where a third party is engaged directly by the client, Lilitha is not responsible for that supplier’s performance, conduct, availability or contractual obligations.

Where Lilitha arranges a third-party service on behalf of a client, the applicable third-party terms may also apply.
